JOSHUA WILLIAM SMITH For nearly 4 years, Joshua has been held illegally by the CPS in NC. On an evening in April 2006, North Carolina Department of Social Services took Temporary Emergency Custody under the UCCJEA of the then 7 year old Joshua, whilst in the trusted care of a Registered Nurse. The allegations of abuse, neglect and abandonment falsely applied to gain custody of Joshua. Joshua was with his father in NC, during the Spring Break, and attended the funeral of the Nurse's mother. When the caseworker arrived at 3 am, 20th April 2006, she did not want to remove Joshua because he was asleep, and in the care of an experienced nurse, and a relative Police Officer was present.
